If you are going to New York then Midtown Manhattan is the perfect neighborhood to stay in if you want to be close to New York’s most famous sights and attractions. For example, most of New York’s observation decks are located here, as well as Times Square and Grand Central Terminal. In addition, many hotels in New York can be found in Midtown Manhattan. Keep in mind, however, that hotels in Midtown Manhattan tend to be very expensive.

Times Square

Times Square in New York is the most visited place in Manhattan and it is an absolute must see. Times Square is a square bustling with energy and activity. It has spectacular neon lighting and nice big LED screens. Times Square “costs” you no more than an hour, but the memories are indelible. Times Square can be found in Midtown Manhattan from West 42nd Street to West 47th Street.
